David Gray is chief financial officer for GSF Hotels & Resorts, Inc. He also is responsible for the management of investor relations.

Currently a registered commodities broker with Global Futures and introducing broker for Refco, Inc.  He is also the managing partner of David Gray Capital Funding and Bosphorus Investment Partners, LLC.  He was previously employed by Prudential Bache Securities, Paine Webber and Shearson Lehman Brothers.  Mr. Gray is also a Director and General Partner in numerous tourist entertainment attractions including Ripley's Believe It or Not! Museum facilities located in Orlando and Key West, Florida, and Branson, Missouri.  Additionally, he is a Director and General Partner of Movie Riders, Ltd., a state‑of‑the‑art motion simulation theater experience located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. 

Most recently he has also served as a General Partner of Wyland Galleries of Florida, Ltd., a chain of marine life art galleries grossing in excess of $5,500,000 annually. He is also the Managing General Partner of Galleria Portofino, Ltd., a partnership structured to operate an Italian theme art gallery at the Portofino Hotel at Universal Studios.  He is also the Managing General Partner of Masters of Magic, Ltd., a Las Vegas style magic show located in Orlando, Florida.  Mr. Gray is primarily responsible for analyzing the feasibility of business projects with respect to return on equity, cash flow projections, debt to equity considerations, strategic planning, site selection, and competitive forces. 

A specialist in structuring and securing the capital funding for these attractions, he has funded over $20,000,000 in various projects.  Mr. Gray received a B.S. in Finance from Southern Illinois University and an M.B.A. from Stetson University.  A resident of Miami, Florida, David is married with two children.
