Doug Justice is executive vice president of information technology and eMarketing for GSF Hotels & Resorts, Inc. As the "tech guy", Mr. Justice is truly plugged into the world of technology both from the hardware/networking side, as well as the programming and eMarketing side.

A graduate from both the Pennsylvania State University and the University of Central Florida, Mr. Justice holds degrees in Computer Science and Political Science as well as many technical certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, and Macromedia.

Mr. Justice has worked in many "hi-tech" intensive industries including Enterprise Health Care and Travel & Tourism. While working for Siemens, Mr. Justice was responsible for the Interface and Integration teams for the Southeast Region, and worked to solve large scale integration issues at several large healthcare facilities such as Adventis Health System, Lee Memorial Health System, and the University of Florida Shands Hospital Health Network.

Mr. Justice also worked for the Orlando Convention & Visitors Bureau as their Senior Developer for their Interactive Marketing Department. While there, Mr. Justice designed, created and maintained their Hotel Reservation and Ticket System as well as their Convention Marketing and Sales engine. He also was responsible for several eMarketing campaigns including the design of the creative, deployment, and tracking of its ROI to the organization.

With his wide-range of knowledge of technology, Mr. Justice is experienced in the design and deployment of large scale information system architecture, as well as the design and programming of thin and thick client software systems. An expert in eMarketing, Mr. Justice also assists the consumer marketing division to reach new consumers, as well as keeping in contact with existing ones through innovative concepts and non-intrusive methods.

Through his fresh, new, leading-edge technology ideas, Mr. Justice continues to provide robust strategies for companies to lower IT infrastructure costs, increase production through new programming methods, and develop and maintain large eConsumer bases.
