Larry Stuart is chief operating officer and Executive Vice President of Food & Beverage for GSF Hotels & Resorts, Inc. As the "idea guy," Mr. Stuart utilizes his creative flair and boundless energy to lead the day-to-day business directive through innovation in product development, marketing, and operations.
A graduate of the School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration at Cornell University, this 25-year hospitality veteran began his career in New York City where he became a limited partner at Sfuzzi. Under his leadership as Managing Director, Cincinnati's Waterfront Restaurant reached $11 million in annual sales.
Mr. Stuart’s unique ability to conceive trend-setting concepts is exceeded only by his skill in ensuring their implementation to achieve remarkable results. His creation of a Key West themed interactive seafood and steak house at The Hilton in the Walt Disney World Village turned a stagnant operation into a thriving restaurant that delivered three times the revenue.
With great finesse and seasoned expertise, Mr. Stuart infuses new ideas into established practices to continually advance the business model of GSF Hotels & Resorts as well as that of each entity with its domain.
